Client Servicing Executive

We are looking for a talented client servicing executive to bridge the relationship between the agency and our clients. This is a multi-faceted and multi-tasking role, suited to someone who can juggle multiple client needs while managing the team’s workflow. The type of person suited to this is organised, good with people, and possesses an interest in the advertising and marketing industry.

Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the client’s primary point of contact for digital campaigns.
  2. Engage in regular and frequent communication with clients.
  3. Work closely with the teams to track and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery.
  4. Prepare monthly/quarterly campaign reports for client.
  5. Understand the needs of clients and translate requirements into campaign briefs for documentation.
  6. Handle queries and discussions on all things with clients and teammates.
  7. Develop a thorough understanding of internal tools and processes, and become an expert on our core service offerings to clients (e.g. Web Development, Social Media Content Creation, Ads Management, etc).
  8. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and marketing communication materials.
  9. Identify opportunities to grow the existing account and winning new accounts.

Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in any field.
  2. Accepting fresh graduates or applicants with less than 2 years working experience.
  3. Required skills: Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets etc.
  4. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong written and verbal communications skills in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage.
  7. Exceptional customer service skills.
